A few things to know before choosing and ordering your DTLuxéHairs unit.
Our wigs are crafted and/or customised according to the specifications selected when you place your order.
As a luxury bespoke hair brand, we do not treat our units as standard off-the-shelf products.
This allows us to give each order the attention and detail it deserves.
Please allow 5–7 working days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Delivery time begins after dispatch, not from the date your order is placed.
Processing and delivery times may be extended during sales, launches, festive periods or periods of exceptionally high demand.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist if your order has not yet entered production. However, because our units may be individually crafted and personalised, changes may not be possible once production or customisation has commenced.
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes to the order.
Because many of our units are bespoke and personalised, the standard 14-day cancellation right may not apply where the relevant legal exemption for personalised goods applies.
Where an applicable cancellation right has been excluded by law, we cannot accept a return simply because you have changed your mind.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your wig has a genuine manufacturing fault.
We may request photographs, videos and other information to help us assess the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and applicable UK consumer law.
